To showcase the project’s potential and to speak to the homebuyers’ lifestyle dreams, we develop a design theme, layout floor plans with detailed elevations and select all furnishings, fabrics and colors for the project.   We specify the builder’s interior finishes and present color boards and a furniture package to give our clients a clear vision of how the project is evolving and encourage their active participation in the design direction.

Lita Dirks & Co. procures, delivers and installs all furniture, lamps, art, drapery, interior silk plants and accessories for the project.  Once the installation is complete, we conduct a walk through of the project with our client’s sales and marketing team to demonstrate the merchandising decisions made to help capture the excitement and interest of their homebuyers.
